Product Design Team Lead, Facetune

2023 - Present

Lightricks

Lead a team of five on Facetune, a creative product hundreds of millions of people already have a verb for. Each year we ship more than a hundred A/B tests, at different scales and against different KPIs: growth and monetization, editing tools, the video editor, the web app, experimental experiences, and the task forces that sit outside a roadmap line.

Hold the bar in critique and hiring: visual, interaction, and whether the thing is worth trusting.

Product Designer, Facetune

2022 - 2023

Lightricks

Designed editing and growth surfaces end to end, then sat with the experiments until the behavior was real. Worked on early AI features with one constraint: advanced had to feel predictable, adjustable, and still like the person in the photo. Partnered with product and analytics as a default. Kept interaction detail and visual consistency while the product was shipping constantly.

Product Designer, Platform & Horizontal Experiences

2021 - 2022

Lightricks

Designed the shared floors other products stand on: onboarding, subscriptions, account. Evolved a design system across mobile and web so speed did not mean seven dialects. Built patterns teams could reuse without asking, and without looking cheaper.

Assistant Lecturer

2024 - 2025

Department of Visual Communication, Bezalel

Taught advanced web and interaction design to third-years. Ran workshops on structure, hierarchy, and constraints that do not care about your moodboard. Mentored work until the student could defend the decision, not only the frame.

---- Past experience ----

Data Analyst

2017 - 2020

Spotlight LTD.

Large-scale network data, automated dashboards, behavioral trends. The useful leftover: what is a signal, what is noise, what actually moved.

Intelligence Analyst

2012 - 2017

IDF, Intelligence Corps, Research Division

Five years of research against messy information: model it, rank it, brief the people who act. Same muscle as product, different stakes.
